Dina Gigliotti is a board-certified physician assistant with extensive experience in emergency medicine and a commitment to patient-centered care. Since 2006, she has worked as a full-time physician assistant in the emergency department and has served as a lead advanced practice provider at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center since 2013, where she applies her leadership and clinical expertise. She also contributes to Niagara Wheatfield Medical Weight Loss Services, building strong relationships with patients, families, and the community.

A graduate of Daemen University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, PA Gigliotti has worked as an autonomous provider across multiple emergency departments. She is recognized for fostering collaboration among healthcare teams and organizing initiatives to strengthen team cohesion.

Outside of work, PA Gigliotti enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children. She stays active through personal training and yoga, and she’s a passionate Buffalo Bills and Sabres fan who loves attending games when she can. She takes great pride in strongly supporting her children and their sports teams.
