Don Asitha Collure, MD, FACEP

Dr. Don Asitha Collure is a board-certified physician specializing in emergency medicine, known for his commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. In addition to his role with the Niagara Wheatfield Weight Loss Services, he serves as the assistant site director in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

Dr. Collure earned his doctorate of medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He also graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Outside the emergency department, Dr. Collure enjoys time with his three children and actively and passionately supports their sports and activities. His expertise is a vital asset to the Niagara Wheatfield Weight Loss Services team.
